Facility Rental

Rental is based on a 24 hour period, from 8:00am of event to 8:00 am of the following morning. Early arrivals and late departures need to be scheduled with UpReach in advance. All property brought in by the renter and associates needs to be removed at the end of the contract period. If not removed, contract fee may continue until property is removed by renter. The renter also agrees to provide a complete program of the event at least (30) thirty days prior to the event. Discussing any special needs or concerns well in advance of the date of your event will ensure that your event is a success. Upfront fee for grounds $200.

General property use includes heated classroom, 1 heated bathroom, use of unheated indoor bathrooms (seasonal only) and parking facilities. All refuse and trash must be placed in the available dumpster. If your trash is not put into the dumpster or is found remaining on the grounds after your event, your organization will receive a removal bill of $150. Any additional needs for custodial services during the event must be arranged with UpReach prior to the event.

Rental options

Additional rental options include use of the Indoor Arena for $300, Outdoor Show Ring for $200, Heated Kitchen for $150, and the use of the Annex Building for $150. In addition to rental fees, a $300 security deposit is required. Date will be confirmed when required deposit and completed rental contract has been received. The security deposit will be mailed back to you after your total bill has been paid at the close of your event minus any costs for trash removal or damages sustained to the property during your event.

Special Instructions for Equestrian Events

All horses will have proof of the following vaccinations: Negative Coggins, Flu/EWT, Rhino, Strangles. West Nile Virus and Rabies.

Stallions are not permitted on the property.

Stall rental is available for an additional fee. Arrangements for stall rental must be made 30 days prior to your event.

Hay and shavings will be available for purchase. Arrangements must be made 30 days prior to your event to ensure appropriate supplies are available.

UpReach will provide one barn/staff person between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Additional staffing arrangements must be made 30 days prior to your event.

Additional fees will be charged for ring set-up/tear down and for dragging the ring between events. Fees will be quoted upon request and must be made 30 days prior to your event.
